David B. Greene Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Business Strategy Development
David Greene brings to his consultancy four decades of experience with McDonnell Aircraft/Boeing

SAINT CHARLES, MO, August 1, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David B. Greene, Owner of DBGreene Consulting, LLC, has been selected as a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business strategy development.

Specializing in strategic business planning and proposal writing and management, Mr. Greene is the eponymous principal of DBGreene Consulting, an engineering and aerospace consultancy. He draws upon 45 years of experience in his work in the aerospace industry and as a consultant, advising businesses on strategy development. Presently, he is occupied with working with a major aerospace company and several small firms to develop long-range strategies and short-range tactics to expand current business and move into adjacent businesses.

Prior to establishing his firm in 2004, Mr. Greene devoted almost four decades to McDonnell Aircraft/Boeing. He started his career designing support equipment for the F-4 Phantom at The McDonnell Aircraft Corporation in St. Louis, and concluded it as the director of fixed wing training systems at The Boeing Company, still in St. Louis. In between, Mr. Greene completed numerous interesting and challenging assignments, including proposal writing for the original F-15 and the A-12 Avenger. He recalls that it was an interest in computers that led him to training systems and the complex hardware and software design process encompassing flight simulation. His leadership of simulator programs and a division that was responsible for multiple programs expanded his knowledge base to include all aspects of business development and management. Mr. Greene is proud to have been leading a profitable unit when he retired from Boeing. He attributes his success to hard work and a curious mind.

Mr. Greene received a Bachelor of Science in 1965 from Purdue University. A member of the National Rifle Association, he is a benefactor member and a shooting instructor for the Boy Scouts of America. He has been honored by the latter organization with the Silver Beaver Award and other recognitions.
