Stephen Richardson Recognized for Dedication to the U.S. Postal Service
Stephen Richardson's proven expertise in problem resolution afforded him opportunities to learn operations from the ground up
/Clubs and Organizations News Articles/ -- MILLBURY, MA, Stephen Richardson, Maintenance Supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in problem resolution.
More than two decades ago, Mr. Richardson established his career as a manufacturing engineer. After holding several roles at Honeywell Bull and directing the submission of significant cost reductions, he shifted to a career with the U.S. Postal Service. Daily, he removes redundancy in preventive maintenance, analyzes and reduces mail flow, machine utilization and transportation costs, and schedules mechanics and technicians. Mr. Richardson's proven expertise in problem resolution afforded him the opportunities to learn operations from the ground up, complete Lean Six Sigma training and implement cost reductions.
Mr. Richardson attributes his success to his good communication skills. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Assumption College, a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from Central New England College of Technology, and an Associate of Science in electrical engineering. The recipient of various awards and recognitions, Mr. Richardson was formerly a member of the Society of Professional Engineers. Looking forward, he intends to become a consultant.
