After working as a paramedic for four years, a registered nurse for 12 years, and a vascular access nurse for seven years, Mr. Mohr was convinced of the need for a vascular health care organization. His desire to make a difference and innovative entrepreneurial skills led to the establishment of Carolina Vascular Wellness. As the president and CEO, he actively strives to build the company's culture. He oversees the daily operations of the organization, which provides cost-effective vascular and infusion management services to patients in various medical facilities. Mr. Mohr attributes his success to his flexibility and ability to view every situation as a learning experience.

Mr. Mohr graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor's degree in political science. He holds certifications from the University of Notre Dame in business strategy leadership, team development, and negotiation.
