Patricia Newberry Huitt is 80 years old and manages her own accounting firm

MINERAL WELLS, TX, May 18, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patricia Newberry Huitt, President of Patricia Newberry Huitt CPA, PC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in accounting.

Serving as the president of Patricia Newberry Huitt CPA, PC, Ms. Huitt established her accounting firm with her husband 53 years ago. Currently, she manages two offices in Mineral Wells and Jackboro, Texas, and is responsible for supervising staff and providing accounting services to fifth- and sixth-generation clients. At 80 years old, Ms. Huitt lives on a ranch that her great-grandfather built 136 years ago; she gardens every day and takes care of cattle, horses and other animals that live on the farm.

A certified public accountant, Ms. Huitt received an associate degree in business from Texas Business College, Waetherfod, Texas in 1949. She is a member of the Forth Worth Society of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also affiliated with the Fort Worth Camera Club, Texas Master Gardeners Society and State Federation of Porcelain Art Clubs of Texas Palo Pinto. Additionally, Ms. Huitt is the director of the Millsap Scholarship Fund. When she is not working, she devotes her time to Newberry Cumberland Presbyterian Church, which her family founded 143 years ago.
