Formerly, Ms. Lamb spent 21 years involved with sales and management at The Sherwin-Williams Company. She attributes her success to her ability to learn new things and keep up with industry changes.

In 1987, Ms. Lamb received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Finance Advisors and Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc. Ms. Lamb volunteers her services to her local church group and homeless shelter.
