Sumit Sehgal implemented the first McAfee Network Access Control Solution at Riverside HealthCare

BOURBONNAIS, IL, September 7, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sumit Sehgal, Systems Engineer for Riverside Medical Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

With eight years of professional experience, Mr. Sehgal attributes his success to the support he receives from his mentors. As a systems engineer, he is responsible for implementing information security policies and procedures, information security tools, business continuity and disaster recovery with virtualization technology. He also is in charge of designing and developing corporate information security systems, identifying missing controls, reporting to the CSO and overseeing the emergency preparedness commnucations sub-committee. Prior to his current position, he worked as a security programmer.

In 2004, Mr. Sehgal received his Bachelor of Software Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Governors State University. A Microsoft certified systems engineer, he is a certified information systems security professional, a global information assurance certified information security professional, and a VMware certified professional.

Mr. Sehgal is a member of the Local Emergency Planning Committee for Kankakee County, as well as the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc.
