As President and Chief Executive Officer of MMARCO International Services Inc., Maurice E. Marwood is responsible for overseeing operations, revising business plans, updating projections, consulting for small and medium-sized businesses, restructuring, and assisting companies through crisis intervention. Mr. Marwood has over 40 years of international business experience, including 30 years with Caterpillar in the United States, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. He volunteers his time mentoring new entrepreneurs. He became involved in business consultation after gaining extensive experience as a c-level executive, and he attributes his success to his leadership skills and ability to set goals and motivate people.

Mr. Marwood received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1976, having previously earned his Master of Science in Engineering. He is a member of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
