Marie-Therèse Chaput Honoured by Cambridge Who's Who
Marie-Therèse Chaput belongs to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education

TORONTO, ON, CANADA, September 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marie-Therèse Chaput, Director of Advancement for Glendon College at York University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in higher education.

At York University's Glendon College, Ms Chaput is responsible for directing the advancement operations of her bilingual college campus. Maintaining external relations, external communications and alumni relations, she directs the college fundraising campaigns. With 25 years of field experience, she attributes her success to her education, caring nature and her ability to connect with people.

An international chess player, Ms. Chaput received a Master's degree in library science and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from McGill University. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, as well as the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. She serves as Chair of the International Board of the Association of Student Entrepreneurs in the French speaking world, which has operated in fourteen countries since 1996. Her aim is to enhance and elevate education in the world.
