Dr. Kass became involved in his profession because of his educational and business background, his family, and his willingness to be a life-long learner. Dr. Kass' latest work is entitled: "Intercultural cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians: A guide to conflict resolution facilitation." Dr. Kass received his PhD. in International Relations from the University of Missouri, his Master's degree in International Relations from Creighton University, and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Grinnell College. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Manufacturer's Institute Advisory Board on Workforce Competency.
