Ms. Durbin attributes her success to life experience and became involved in her profession through her passion to help others.

Ms. Durbin received a master's of science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in 2006. Ms. Durbin is a member of The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her services to local charities. Ms. Durbin plans to continue her professional growth through ongoing educational programs.
