Ms. Golding has 17 years of overall professional experience. She is also civically active as a member of the School Board for Pelham Children's Center. Her career started through a human resources internship at IBM Corporation.

A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ms. Golding received a Master of Science in human resource management from the New York Institute of Technology.
