Ms. Boultbee has over 25 years of professional experience concentrated on health care and science, her passion. She began her career as an oncology nurse educator and researcher in Sweden before joining the Swedish pharmaceutical industry in a similar capacity. She relocated to Milan, Italy, upon accepting a corporate position at Pharmacia, where she had global responsibility for multiple products. Subsequently, she relocated to the USA to head up a newly established division of Pharmacia & Upjohn's oncology marketing department. Ms. Boultbee left the then-named Pharmacia (Pfizer) for Novartis, where she launched Glivec, one of the most successful oncology products for Novartis. Glivec positively affected many patients' lives and became a blockbuster. In 2007, after working as an Executive Director at Amgen for Global Marketing, she established MktRx, a marketing consulting firm with expertise in oncology.

As an independent consultant, she has supported companies in the building of commercial market plans to support acquisitions, fundraising and licensing agreements. She is also the managing partner of On-Kòs USA, the U.S. branch of On-Kòs Europe, an European based consulting company focused on oncology competitive landscaping and business development. With a broad and extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, she is widely regarded as an authority in the commercialization of pharmaceutical and biotechnology portfolios, products, and business unit development. Ms. Boultbee attributes her successes to her global work opportunities and her family. She is grateful to have and to be working to bring medicines to market that make a difference in patients' lives. Ms. Boultbee is the recipient of a number of Corporate and Presidents Awards, and a member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles. In her spare time, she volunteers for her local school.
