Mr. Burks has 22 years of professional experience and maintains an expertise in computers. He served in the United States Army for 20 years and retired as a master sergeant. In his current position, as the marketing president for Mountain Enterprise, Inc., he oversees advertising matters, and develops and plans marketing strategies. Additionally, he handles administrative functions, and collaborates with distributors and vendors. Mr. Burks lends his career accomplishments to his family ethics, dedication and determination.

A graduate of Almeda University, he received a Master of Business Administration in operations management. Mr. Burks holds a bachelor's degree in applied science and technology as well. He is a certified ski instructor in Fort Greely, AK, where he lends his services to MegaFest International. Mr. Burks is an ordained elder and the president of his local parish. He received an Army Meritorious Award and is a five-time recipient of the Army Commendation Medal. In the future, Mr. Burks intends to pursue a doctoral degree in biblical studies and grow as an entrepreneur.
