Michelle R. Carswell Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Michelle Carswell has been honored with numerous Senior Leaders Top Retailer Awards

EMMAUS, PA, December 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michelle R. Carswell, Independent Jeweler for Premier Designs, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in direct sales.

Ms. Carswell formerly worked in account management for three years with R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. She became involved with Premier Designs in 2009, in order to supplement her income, and began working full time in March of 2010. An expert in accessorizing, Ms. Carswell conducts jewelry shows and markets her services through flyers, Facebook events and e-mail.

Not only does she hold shows, but she helps her clients throughout the entire hosting process. She and her clients remain in constant communication as she aids them with guest lists, invitations, menus, and the maximization of their hostess bonuses. She offers her clients step-by-step instructions and works to meet their specific needs.

She has been honored with many Senior Leaders Top Retailer Awards, as well as a Quick Start Six Award, which recognizes new sellers for holding six home shows within the first 45 days of their initial training. Ms. Carswell now helps perform these training shows for new representatives. She conducts the majority of the home show, and the new associates reap the profits and resulting bookings. These training shows help new jewelers begin their own independent businesses.

She has completed coursework at Northampton Community College in quality, engineering, desktop publishing, computer graphics and communication design. A member of the American Poolplayers Association, Inc., Ms. Carswell supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; she has helped raise over $6,000 for the cause. In her free time, she is also involved with United Way Worldwide and the Furry Feet Rescue. Ms. Carswell's goal is to double her business and continue working for herself.
