Mr. Amoia never questioned the path of his career and ventured into his family's business after attending Marlboro High School. As the vice president of A&R Concrete, he is responsible for driving the company's truck and overseeing the business, which provides welding, concrete, and drainage services. With 40 years of professional experience, he attributes his success to the guidance he received from his father.

Affiliated with the National Precast Concrete Association, Mr. Amoia enjoys boating and riding his motorcycle during his free time. He is devoted to his family's business and hopes to experience continued growth with the company in the future.
