TORONTO, ON, CANADA, December 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ms. Merrill E. Pierce, President of MPSquared Coaching, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.

With more than 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industries, Ms. Pierce is an effective leader, mentor and trainer who specializes in strategy development and human capital development. Since 1998, she has been the president of MPSquared Coaching, which offers specialized solutions in executive and leadership coaching and personal life management. Ms. Pierce is a Council Chair running a CEO Peer Advisory Council and is involved with the Society for Organizational Learning's Community of Coaches in Boston, Mass.

Ms. Pierce is the author of "Define Your Path," a book that focuses on positioning away from retirement and toward regeneration. She also teaches marketing strategies at Humber College, where she runs the school's graduate intern program. She is a frequent guest on Goldhawk Live and Second Chances on The Global Television Network. She previously held senior management positions with J. Walter Thompson, Vickers & Benson, Franklin Dallas, Gee Jeffrey and Publicis BCP/SMW.


Ms. Pierce received a Bachelor of Arts in commerce from the University of Toronto. A certified corporate coach and ADR mediator, she is a member of the International Coach Federation. In her spare time she supports the Canadian Cancer Society, ALS, the Stephen Louis Foundation, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
