CLOVIA, CA, December 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ms. Martha A. Lozano, Human Resources Recruitment Specialist for DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in recruitment.

Ms. Lozano has 12 years of professional recruitment experience. Since 2007, she has been the human resources recruitment specialist for DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite, Inc., where she specializes in job placement. She is responsible for managing Yosemite's recruitment department in the Central Valley of California, and conducting outreach to the Hispanic community through television, newspaper and events. Ms. Lozano also coordinates recruitment campaigns, maintains pre-employment screening processes, as well as staffs entry-level positions for the four lodging facilities, and the seven food and beverage operations within Yosemite parks. Furthermore, she oversees marketing media strategies, identifies and sustains collaborations and partnerships with the government, community, local schools and nonprofit organizations, researches the labor market and statistics, and evaluates economic growth factors.

A graduate of Fresno Pacific University, Ms. Lozano received a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership in 2007. She holds a certification in professional recruiting and sales from Los Rios Community College, and a certification in computer and business accounting. In 1997, she obtained a certificate in electrical skills training. Ms. Lozano is a board representative for the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a member of the the San Joaquin County Veteran's Employment Committee. In the future, she hopes to receive her professional human resources credential, complete a master's program in public administration or business and become more involved in veteran affairs. She also aspires to work as a consultant.
