With 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Bissonnette attributes her success to setting positive examples for her children to follow. As a Tax Manager at Diageo North America, she is in charge of the management of all aspects of sales/use and property taxes for North America and minimizing costs and bringing above the line value annually. Prior to her current position, she worked in transfer pricing, systems integration and implementations, process improvement change initiatives and as a municipal bond trader.

Ms. Bissonnette received a bachelor's degree in finance and project management in 2009 from Charter Oak State College. In 1982, she received an associate degree in accounting from Sacred Heart University. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
