Iva M. Wilson increased the revenue of Philips Display Components by $200 million

SANTA FE, NM, December 9, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Iva M. Wilson, Principal of The Coaching Collaborative and Partner of Pharma & Healthcare Leadership, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in organization development.

With 10 years of experience as principal of The Coaching Collaborative and partner of Pharma & Healthcare Leadership, Dr. Wilson is responsible for consulting, developing businesses, attending networking meetings and developing a collaborative leadership. In her previous role as president of Philips Display Components, she expanded the company's revenue from $250 to $450 million. She became involved in her present profession to offer support to leaders who want to change their organizations and themselves as well. She has also expanded her work into health care because she believes that the costs in health care will not be solved by reducing the services or by acquisitions but by engaging the people in health care to work more effectively together.

Dr Wilson co-authored a book on leadership under the title: "Power of Collaborative Leadership: Lessons for the Learning Organization." She is the former president of Gyricon, a spin-off from Xerox until September 2003. She attributes her success to hard work.

Dr. Wilson received an MBA from The University of Chicago in 1983 and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Stuttgart in 1967. She is a corresponding member of the Society for Organizational Learning.
