Heather Sutton Recognized for Accomplishments in Health Care
Ms. Sutton is a member of the Mississippi Emergency Medical Technician Association and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians
NASHVILLE, TN, December 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Heather Sutton, Registered Nurse and Paramedic of Emergency Medical Services at Saint Thomas Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in health care.
With 13 years of professional experience, Ms. Sutton is an expert in health crisis management. As a paramedic and registered nurse, she works in the pulmonary intensive care unit, executes health emergency services, and works with veterans. She attributes her success to the support she received from her parents.
She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Jefferson College in 2007. In 2006, Ms. Sutton graduated with honors from Jefferson College with an Associate Degree in Paramedicine. She holds certifications in prehospital trauma, pediatric advanced life support and advanced cardiac life support. Ms. Sutton is a certified emergency medical technician and a member of the Mississippi Emergency Medical Technician Association and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. In the future, she intends to continue her education, become a nurse anesthetist and grow professionally.
