WILMINGTON, NC, December 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Geraldine Lockard, Consultant, Teacher Trainer and Cognitive Enhancement at Keys to Learning Power, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.

With 45 years of professional experience, Ms. Lockard attributes her success to the positive reinforcement she received. Her responsibilities at Keys to Learning Power include consulting and training teachers on cognitive enhancement. She went to Israel and Amsterdam to obtain certification as a trainer and advanced trainer of Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment Program, a powerful program for enhancement of learning behavior.

Ms. Lockard received a master's degree in mathematics education from Queens College and a master's degree in supervision and administration from Pace University. She has been affiliated with the International Center for the Enhancement of Learning Propensity, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Delta Kappa honor societies, and is in Who's Who among American Educators.

Keys to Learning Power provides cognitive enrichment based on the belief system, methods, and activities that have been developed for the Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment Program.
