Mr. Hutner has 20 years of overall professional experience. As the vice president of human resources, he is responsible for strategy recruitment, handling global human resource issues for the business unit of IBM, overseeing compensation issues and employee relation issues. He was named the Top Operations Executive in 2007 by Cognos.

In 1994, Mr. Hutner received a master's degree in psychology from Boston College. He is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
