Mr. Goldstein serves as the vice president and a principal of Hymson Goldstein & Pantiliat, P.C. His day-to-day responsibilities include practicing bankruptcy and business contract, copyright and trademark law, managing business operations and providing litigation representation for his clients. He previously worked in the antitrust division at the Arizona Attorney General's office.

A member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society, Mr. Goldstein is affiliated with the State Bar of Arizona Center, the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He sits on the Board of Directors for Gompers Habilitation Center, and obtained law degrees at Harvard Law School and The University of Southern California.
