As a broker, she is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's operations, and advertising and marketing residential and commercial properties. In 2008 she founded a real estate company named New Vista Realty Arizona and worked as an associate broker specializing in foreclosures.

Ms. Stevens is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, the Asian Real Estate Association of America, the National Association of Realtors, the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals, Inc., and the Non-Profit Association of Hispanic-American Real Estate Professionals. She received the Residential Real Estate Rookie of the Year Award in 2003 from Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

In 2006, Ms. Stevens earned a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified distressed property expert, licensed broker and licensed real estate agent.
