Robert S. Shanahan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha

PAPILLION, NE, November 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Robert S. Shanahan, Senior Consultant, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in consultations.

Mr. Shanahan has 13 years of professional experience and specializes in laboratory medicine and clinical information systems. Prior to becoming a senior consultant in 2009, he worked as a Medical Technologist Generalist and microbiologist. In his current position, he works with hospital information, applying specified standards to software. He attributes his success to his hard work, his ability to exceed his client's expectations and the opportunities which he has been afforded.

In 1984, Mr. Shanahan received a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 1991 he earned a second bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology and the Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society. In his spare time, he lends his services to the ASPCA. In the future, Mr. Shanahan hopes to start his own business and return to school.
