With 19 years of experience in his field, Mr. Bilter is a research and development scientist at Odyssey Thera, a pharmaceutical company. He is an expert in molecular and cellular biology, and his aptitude for biological research encouraged him to aid in the development of technology for the evaluation of drugs. In his position, he is responsible for performing experiments with living cell cultures, controlling automated liquid handling processes, writing programs for instruments, and preparing drug compounds.

Mr. Bilter has worked for various sized companies, including small startup companies. He enjoys working for smaller organizations because there are more opportunities for him to showcase his skills and make a difference.

In 1989, Mr. Bilter received a bachelor's degree in biology from the Davis Campus of the University of California.
