Dr. David R. C. Bailey to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Dr. David Bailey is an efficient project investment coordinator

CALGARY, AB, CANADA, November 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David Bailey, President and Chief Executive Officer for Genome Alberta, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in research and administration.

Driven by his interest in the field of genetics, Dr. Bailey has spent 25 years in his profession. Over this time, he has developed a specialization in project investment coordination. These skills have afforded him the opportunity to become involved with Genome Alberta. He has devoted the last five years of his career to interacting with the scientific community and conducting research. He attributes his success to his appreciation for genomic tools.

Dr. Bailey graduated from the University of Alberta in 1985, and holds a Ph.D. in genetics and animal breeding. He was honored by the Canadian Science Advisory Secretariat of Animal Science with a Young Scientist Award. He volunteers for the Calgary Stampede and is affiliated with the Industrial Research Assistance Program of National Research Council Canada. Dr. Bailey intends to bring Genome Alberta to the forefront of the emerging life sciences industries in Canada.
