With 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Coykendall has recently accepted a position as a community sales manager for K. Hovanian Homes. Her position has enabled her to develop an expertise in real estate counseling. She is responsible for reporting community sales and managing inventory. Her specialty is in new residential properties.

In 1988, Ms. Coykendall obtained a license as a real estate agent and completed a Bachelor of Science in political science at the Davis campus of the University of California.
