Bonnie Bonaventura celebrates 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

With six years of experience as the National Director of Customer Relations at Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, Ms. Bonaventura has acquired an expert knowledge of process improvement and relation management. In her current position, she handles both national direction of clinical trials as well as employer health services through the development, management and continuous improvement of customer relations. She achieves this by meeting the objectives determined by the Vice President, Laboratory Operations and Customer Service. Ms. Bonaventura has performed functions from basic research to project management to contract management prior to operations management over her 25 years of service in the pharmaceutical industry.

In 1985, Ms. Bonaventura earned a Master of Science in biochemistry from the University of Waterloo. She has been recently honored with the Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings' Chairman's Award for Operational Excellence and she continues to search out and implement new process improvements.
