As the chief executive officer of Flower Funeral Home, Dr. Flower is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. He is an entrepreneur and has been in the business for 40 years. He became involved in his profession because it is a family-owned business, and he attributes his success to his love for his work, his enthusiasm to help others, and his dedication to humanitarian causes. Dr. Flower received a Ph.D. in funeral service education from The National Academy of Mortuary Science in 2005 and an education specialist degree from the State University of New York Canton. In addition to his formal education, he is a licensed funeral director in the State of New York. He is a former New York State district director of the National Exchange Club, a former board member of the United Givers Fund and a former board member of the East Yonkers Rotary Club.
