Thea F. Benenson, Ph.D. celebrates 10 years as the Owner and President of Benenson Research

NEW YORK CITY, NY, October 15, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thea F. Benenson, Owner and President of Benenson Research, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in psychology and statistics.

With 10 years of experience as the Owner and President of Benenson Research, Thea F. Benenson is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative psychology and statistics research for program evaluation. Prior to joining Benenson Research, Benenson was an Assistant Dean of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Benenson is a holocaust survivor. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in psychology, and she attributes her success to the inspiration she received from her mother.

Dr. Benenson received a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Vassar College. She is a member of the Alumni Association of Vassar College and the Women's Investment Group.
