Mr. Datta has over 22 years of management and consulting experience working with executives and managers to help them align their business to ensure profitability, minimize risk and achieve competitive advantages in their operations. He spent the first 10 years as a financial executive for manufacturing and distribution (he was the vice president of operations and the CFO) and the next 12 years were spent on the management consulting side in leadership. He has published various articles and speaks publicly on a variety of topics. He is currently the vice president of supply chain for a 1.5 billion dollar global company. He is also the board member of several nonprofit organizations. Mr. Datta attributes his success to his focus and family support.

Mr. Datta received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1989, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Texas Southern University in 1988, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce in India in 1986. He is listed in Who's Who Among the Leading Supply Chain Consultants, and is a member of the Institute for Supply Management, and an alumni of Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Grant Thornton.
