Patti W. Halloran fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney through Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran P.A.

As an attorney for Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran P.A., Patti W. Halloran is responsible for interacting with clients, litigating financial losses under state and federal laws. She became involved in her profession through her lifelong desire to be an attorney and the influence she received from her maternal family members who were attorneys. She attributes her success to her hard work and support she receives from her peers.

Ms. Halloran is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. She is also a member of the bar of the United States District Courts of the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Halloran served as the editor and author of the 1995-2 Supplement to Structuring Commercial Real Estate Workouts, Alternatives to Bankruptcy and Foreclosure, Second Edition. She also is the author of Chapter 17, "Overview of Bankruptcy", Florida Small Business Practice, Sixth Edition, published by The Florida Bar.

Ms. Halloran received her JD from the University of Florida in 1977. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, the American Bar Association, her local historic preservation club, and her local neighborhood civic association.
