MURRYSVILLE, PA, October 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark A. Remlinger, Manager of Environment, Safety and Health for Matthews International Corporation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in environmental management.

Mr. Remlinger has 20 years of experience in environmental waste management. His responsibilities include overseeing the company's workers' compensation program, implementing preventive programs to reduce job injuries and handling compliance issues. He lends his career accomplishments to his competency regarding regulatory commission protocols and concern for the enviornment.

In 1983, Mr. Remlinger earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Air & Waste Management Association and the chairman of the water and waste committee for the American Foundry Society. He received a service award in 2000 from the Non-Ferrous Founders' Society. In his spare time, Mr. Remlinger lends a hand to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
