James W. Welty Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
James W. Welty attributes his success to his work ethic

York, PA October 6, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James W. Welty, Nuclear Planner and Trainer for York County Department of Emergency Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in emergency services.

As a nuclear planner and trainer for York County Department of Emergency Services, Mr. Welty specializes in training. He is responsible for developing response plans and training for 15 Emergency Operations Centers. York County Department of Emergency Services is a government organization that provides emergency management. He started out as a volunteer firefighter and then began working for an emergency operation center. He attributes his success to the work ethic instilled in him by his parents.

Mr. Welty has attained a Professional Certification from the Pennsylavania Emergency Management Agency and is a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers. In the future, he intends to become an emergency coordinator.
