With 28 years of field experience, Ms. Cadiz has spent the past 15 years as the president of Southeast Psychological Consulting, LLC. Her expertise is in trauma-resolution therapy. She is responsible for handling marketing, implementing company services and building strong relationships with clients. Ms. Cadiz was prompted to enter her profession by her ability to resolve the issues of others. She lends her accomplishments to her extensive industrial knowledge and people management skills.

In 1993, Ms. Cadiz graduated from the University of Florida, where she received a Ph.D. in psychology, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Psychology-Law Society, and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
