In 1993, Ms. Skanadore Reisdorph earned a JD from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS, she also earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1983 from MidAmerica Nazarene College in Olathe, KS. As a member of the New York State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, she served as EED Committee Chair for five years and now serves on the Executive Committee. Ms. Reisdorph is licensed in California, New York, District of Columbia and before the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Skanadore Reisdorph supports and volunteers with various nonprofit organizations including Wesley Care of Native America, Horizon Pregnancy Center, Business Networking International in the local Power Alliance Network Chapter, and Toastmasters as Area C-5 Governor, Founders District.
