With 24 years of experience as the owner of Transmedical Services Inc., Ann Donnelly is responsible for managing daily operations including finance and marketing, meeting all clients including physician groups, assisting them with transcription services, and teaching online medical transcription classes. Ms. Donnelly established Transmedical Services Inc. in 1986 and has garnered a reputation for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all medical records. She became involved in medical transcription after gaining experience as a medical secretary at a hospital, and she attributes her success to her ability to find her niche in the market and provide clients with quality service.

Ms. Donnelly received her Master's Degree in Health Service Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 1993, having received her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Baldwin-Wallace College in 1972. She is the President of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity-Florida (AHDI-FL) of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity.
